This business enterprise named Janalanka Textiles has been giving free food 3 times a day for its 200 - 250 employees for almost 40 years.
The owner Mr. Kumaravel, wants his employees to be content with their work and hence this initiative.
Even though there might be ups and downs in the business there is always food on the table in his kitchen.
Three cooks work round the clock to make this happen. This kitchen never runs out of black tea.

At first, Finely chopped ginger-garlic, green chili, curry leaves, onions, leeks are sauteed in oil. Then boiled potato which is finely mashed is also added. Finely the mashed tin fish is added. The mixture is mixed nicely in low heat.
After this is over the mixture is set to cool. Small balls are made from the mixture which is dipped in the egg & maida flour batter.
The batter-dipped ball is then coated with biscuit crumbs. After coating with crumbs the fish ball is deep-fried in oil.
The fish cutlet is now ready. It goes really well along with some ketchup to dip and a hot cup of Tea.
