Spicy Mutton Chinthamani

Ingredients required-
mutton 1 kg
small onions - 1/4 kg
Dry red chili- 40 ( remove seeds)
curry leaf
groundnut oil
salt

method-

Saute small onions in grround nut oil nicely, after that put in the red chili to saute.
Add the curry leaves.Now add the mutton pieces. Mutton pieces should be cut as shown in the video.
After the mutton cooks for a while, it will release water. Then add salt.Then add little chili powder.
mix well and add water till the mutton is submerged.Close the lid and let it cook for 30 min.
The mutton is cooked well now. It will go well along with rice, chapathi, parota, etc.,

The Chicken is marinated with masala's covered in banana leaf and foil sheet and then put in the pit with hot charcoal.
The Cooking process is a lengthy one for marination needs time for the masalas to enter the chicken, also the cooking process inside the pit is about 2 hours.The chicken is slowly cooked with hot charcoal all over it.The whole chicken is cooked very tender.
