Finely chop or grind the onions and green chili. , mix chicken, onions, green chili, ginger-garlic paste, curry leaf,coriander leaf,mint leaf, salt, turmeric powder, and pepper together.

Now cut bread pieces into round shapes using a round tumbler.

At first, Finely chopped ginger-garlic, green chili, curry leaves, onions, leeks are sauteed in oil. Then boiled potato which is finely mashed is also added. Finely the mashed tin fish is added. The mixture is mixed nicely in low heat.
After this is over the mixture is set to cool. Small balls are made from the mixture which is dipped in the egg & maida flour batter.
The batter-dipped ball is then coated with biscuit crumbs. After coating with crumbs the fish ball is deep-fried in oil.
