Sulthan hotel a family restaurant in Madurai, that serves excellent mutton biryani. The biryani tasted very good. The mutton pieces in the biryani were so soft and tender. So was the mutton brain fry which melts in your mouth. The mutton chukka though of less quantity the taste was fabulous.
The hotel has a separate family AC dining section. They don't serve meals on Sundays only biryani.
