DEVILLED CHICKEN Making - How To Easily Cook Chicken Devil At Home.
Deviled chicken or chicken devil is a simple dish that can be cooked with ease. The dish is both spicy and sweet, the kids at home will love this dish. Devilled chicken can go with any main course like rice, chapati, parotta or bread.
At first, the chicken is marinated with chili powder salt n little pepper. The marinated chicken is then deep-fried and set aside
Leeks is a major vegetable here, its a long leaf that you can find in supermarkets. It grows in the cold climate like the carrots so we don't get to see it often. so with leeks, Bajji chili, carrot, onions, tomatoes are cut. instead of bajji chili capsicum can also be used. The onions are box cut into large pieces as shown in the video. The tomatoes are also cut like that. The ginger and garlic, on the other hand, are cut into tiny pieces.
The cut veggies can be slightly sauteed with oil. Now pouring little oil in the pan, the cut ginger n garlic is first put in, then some chili flakes are added. Then water is added along with some soya sauce, salt to taste is also added. The deep-fried chicken is later added followed by the sauteed vegetables.
Finally, some tomato sauce is added with a dash of freshly ground pepper.
The dish tastes good when u eat the chicken along with the vegetables.
An excellent dish to try at home.

Tasty Biryani & Pepper Chicken Fry At NMR Biryani House - Palakkad
Google Maps Location Link; https://www.google.com/maps/place/NMR...
We visited NMR biryani house in Palakkad on the way back from nenmara.
Since Mutton biryani wasnt available we opted for chicken biryani. The pieces in them were good but i felt the overpowering of Tomatoes in the Biryani.
The pepper chicken was spicy and good.
This is the first time I am trying out Toddy. When I suggested Pradeep that we do something different for the video, he suggested a Toddy shop in Kerala. Since he lives in Pollachi and on the Kerala borders we decided to give it a try. I picked him at Pollachi and we were on the way to Nenmara, some 45 km from Pollachi. We arrived at Adivaaram Toddy Shop at 2 in the afternoon. which was actually late. The shop opens at 8 am, so you have to be early to get a taste of all the dishes.
They had a lot of options on the non-veg starters. There were Beef, Beef with tapioca, beef intestine, Duck, Calamari, Fish, Rabbit. Since we were late most of the dishes were over. But what we had tasted so good.
The star, the reason I traveled so far was the TODDY.., usually we get coconut toddy everywhere, but this was palm toddy. They get it fresh every day. It was sweet and tasted good. And with the side dish combination, all tasted awesome.
They said the place will be crowded on a Sunday, and they make Toddy Appam. I would love to visit this place once again that too on a Sunday to bring you the full experience...

58-YEAR-OLD HOTEL - Tasty Non-Veg Food At Ashok Hotel - Pollachi
Google Maps Location Link; https://www.google.com/maps/place/Hot...
I have to say a big Thankyou to Pradeep Rajkumar, a long time subscriber and follower of 'iTaste' who introduced us to this place. Started in the year 1962, Ashok hotel is run by its 3 rd generation owners. This place is situated in the Coimbatore road, check out its location from the Google Maps location link above
Though we went to this hotel's new building which was nearby, we preferred to have our lunch in the old building itself. We ordered Mutton Biryani, mutton chukka, mutton kothukari, chicken fry, and mutton kola balls. All the dishes were excellent here, The mutton biryani which was light and with excellent spice blend was a highlight. The mutton dishes like the mutton chukka and mutton kothukari were even better. The chicken fry spicy and excellent to taste. The kola balls too were amazing. This place is so good at mutton items. A good non-veg meal to enjoy and that you don't want to miss.
BAHUBALI THALI With More Than 50 + Items At Vinod Chicken Spot - Coimbatore
Google Maps Location Link; https://www.google.com/maps/place/Vin...
As the name sounds, the Bahubali Thali too looks enormous. You have to book a day before in case you plan to go to this place. The number is in the video or you can get their number from the google maps, link given above.
They ask you to pay an advance of 500 INR. The bahubali thali has 50 + items, there are many non-veg dishes in them too. 4 people are allowed to have the thali.
The bahubali thali starts off with chicken soup, starters, lemon juice which is given in a sexy bulb-like glass container, the main course like rice biryani.it includes both south Indian and north Indian dishes. In the end, they give icecreams and beedas too.
An excellent place to go with your friends and family to enjoy the dish. I personally liked all the dishes, but though I have tasted better dishes than this the bahubali thali of 50 + item is new, so I recommend you to try this place if you haven't tried.
Do leave a comment on what you feel.
The restaurant has a cozy interior, a good service but I personally wasn't happy with the biryani. both mutton biryani and chicken biryani was not at all satisfactory. For the cost, they charge the food isn't worth it. The pepper BBQ was great to taste, the only dish I felt was good. We had a chocolate brownie with ice cream which was really good.
Overall I feel that the dishes are overrated and they could improve the taste of their Biryani
Tasty MUTTON PAAYA & IDIYAPPAM - Non-Veg Dishes @ Alagar Hotel - Karur
Google Maps Location Link;
https://www.google.com/maps/place/Hot...
This hotel is situated in karur. A good non-veg hotel with Chettinad flavors. If you are here don't have a second thought, choose the idiyappam with mutton leg paaya. That's the best dish here. You can also choose a starter like Sankara fish fry or nethili fry. The rest of the main course like the mutton biryani or the chicken Kari dosa was just normal, nothing special to say about them.
Best PAROTA & MUTTON CHUKKA at 60-Year-Old சுகுண விலாஸ் ஹோட்டல் - Tiruchengodu
Google Maps Location Link;
https://www.google.com/maps/place/Sug...
Started in the year 1961 or 1963, Suguna Villas Hotel is a Gem to Tiruchengodu. The place is situated in the heart of the town. The google maps location will help you find the location correctly.
There are a lot of non-veg dishes to choose from. They have chicken varieties, country chicken, mutton and fish.
Be it parotta or white rice, the best combination was mutton chukka varuval. Although I tried mutton intestine and mutton chops, this mutton varuval went so good with the parotta and white rice. The thick mutton gravy they provide has also to be mentioned coz it goes so well with the parotta and white rice.
Their parotta is soft and bigger in size than usual parottas that you see in other hotels. Although there was mutton & chicken biryani, I did not find them interesting. You have to come to this place for the parotta and mutton chukka, a true kongunadu flavor.
