If you’re wondering “Bro, what is this kochai?” — don’t worry, you’re not alone 😅
Kochai is basically a gym-going, protein-loaded rooster 💪🐓
These are native Indian breed roosters, usually trained for rooster fights and casually weighing 5–6 kgs (no leg day skipped, ever).
They’re fed full nutrition food, so when they retire from fighting life (or lose a fight), they get promoted to… lunch 🍽️

Kochai meat is hard like mutton, so it takes more time to cook — but patience = taste 🤌
