The potato cheese balls are an easy and quick snack recipe.
Ingredients -
mashed potato cheese cubes coriander leaf
oregano
basil leaf
crushed ginger and garlic
chili flakes
salt cornflour
bread crumbs
oil for frying
Boil Potato and mash them. Add coriander leaf, oregano, basil leaf, crushed ginger and garlic, chili flakes, cornflour, salt, bread crumbs, and mix well.
make them into balls. Flatten the potato ball, keep a cheese cube and make a ball out of it. Now coat the ball with maida and bread crumbs. deep fry and serve hot with sauce
