The fish cutlet is an excellent snack at any time of the day. The cooking process is also as simple.
At first, Finely chopped ginger-garlic, green chili, curry leaves, onions, leeks are sauteed in oil. Then boiled potato which is finely mashed is also added. Finely the mashed tin fish is added. The mixture is mixed nicely in low heat.
After this is over the mixture is set to cool. Small balls are made from the mixture which is dipped in the egg & maida flour batter.
The batter-dipped ball is then coated with biscuit crumbs. After coating with crumbs the fish ball is deep-fried in oil.
The fish cutlet is now ready. It goes really well along with some ketchup to dip and a hot cup of Tea.
