Taro leaf or the cheppankilangu leaf is an edible root variety, its leaf also is edible and is mashed to give a good dish. iTaste today tries a combination of Taro leaf and red gongura leaf which is mashed. A new variety of chili is used which is very spicy and gives out a different fragrance.
