A restaurant-style chicken soup where fresh vegetables are used. The chicken stock is prepared first. To prepare the chicken stock, chicken, green chili, leeks, tomato, curry leaf, lemon leaf, onions are boiled with water. Once the chicken stock is ready, it is filtered. The chicken pieces in the stock are taken separately and deboned. Now to make the chicken soup, vegetables like cabbage, carrot, leeks, ginger garlic which are finely chopped are sauteed with olive oil. Then the boneless chicken and the chicken stock are also added. sauces like tomato sauce, chili sauce, fish sauce are also added. At last, after adding salt and pepper to taste, the egg white is added slowly and the soup is served. The delicious chicken soup can be given to kids and is an excellent drink during the winter times.
