This is a simple dessert, using only sago, coconut milk, and kithul jaggery.
The kithul jaggery is specialty jaggery of Srilanka and is used as a sweetener in most of their desserts. This is not from the palm tree or from sugarcane but a palm tree with the scientific name Caryota Urens. A great dessert with simple ingredients and simple steps. It also can be said as a sago drink.
